Bob McComas, President and CEO of BankHR is a nationally recognized human resources professional in the banking industry. He has over 40 years of extensive human resource management and consulting experience, has won over 200 EEOC discrimination charges, numerous Wage and Hour investigations, and OFCCP compliance audits. He has served as the senior HR officer for several national organizations managing the HR function for over 3,000 employees. He is an author and has written numerous articles for banking publications, including Bankers Digest. He has been a featured speaker at the University of North Texas and the Social Security Administration, and co-moderator with the Dallas EEOC District Director in several panel discussions. Mr. McComas has been a speaker at the IBAT Annual Convention on Total Compensation and Benefits Administration. and instructor for the Bank Operations Institute held at Southern Methodist University on Human Resources for Community Banks.
